Founder

Most seasoned member of our team, leading Silver Hills' School and Corporate programs. With a illustrious career spanning over two decades, Shobhana has held key roles at prominent companies such as RPG, Escotel, and IBM. She also successfully ran her own event management company in Mumbai for 8 years. Most recently, she has designed and executed outbound programs for esteemed clients including Goethe, Bimtech, Cdot, BSNL, LG, and Alliance Française de Delhi.

Vivek Pandey

Co-Founder

A passionate trekker, explorer, and traveler, is the visionary force behind Silver Hills. With 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has successfully managed properties in the Himalayas and led corporate training programs for various companies. As a key driver of the company, Vivek oversees new product development, operations, and marketing, bringing his diverse expertise to propel Silver Hills forward.

Smitha Raman

Program & Exchange Adviser

30 years of teaching experience in IT from renowned NCR schools, where she also spearheaded exchange programs. As a seasoned educator and program coordinator, she offers invaluable expertise. At ExACT, Ms. Raman serves as Program Advisor for educational trips. A certified yoga instructor and passionate traveler, she enjoys accompanying students on trips, fostering a unique blend of learning and exploration.

A tourism management graduate brings 15 years of expertise in domestic and international travel to the table.
